Deeper into Sleep Therapy

Why You’re Here

You’re here because you are exhausted, frustrated, and feel like you have tried everything to get a better night of sleep. You’ve tried to go to bed early but you just lie awake in bed and can’t turn your mind off. You’ve tried pills but don’t like how they make you feel groggy in the morning. You have even read books about how to sleep better but you are tired of pseudoscience and scare tactics without any practical advice. You feel like there is something wrong with you because your partner can fall asleep as soon as their head hits the pillow. You just want to be able to sleep and feel rested in the morning.

You Are Not Alone

You have come to the right place. I use effective techniques backed by research to help you get the rest you need to show up as your best self at work and with the people who matter most to you. If you classify yourself as a “bad sleeper” or have insomnia, I can help. You are busy and don’t think you have time to commit to traditional therapy. I cater to working professionals by offering sessions online through video telehealth to save you drive time. I offer evening hours, so you don’t have to take time off work and worry about making up for lost time when you are already so busy.

 I Get Results

You don’t need to worry about being in therapy for months before seeing results. My clients often see an improvement in their sleep in four to six 45-minute sessions.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). I have always been sensitive to the effects of poor sleep. My interest in sleep grew when I learned about the importance of sleep and how complex it can be. Insomnia is a fast-growing complaint of many Americans and with that lack of sleep comes worsening mental and physical health. CBT-I is one of the fastest and most effective mental health treatments that I know of and it is my mission to help people achieve this foundational need so that they can be happy and productive again.

I have helped many people sleep longer and get more restorative sleep. My clients appreciate that I am flexible, open, calm, and efficient. My clients have been surprised at how quickly and drastically their sleep can improve with simple behavioral changes. Clients who see the most success with me are ones who are motivated to work towards their goals and are ready to make changes in their life. They may feel discouraged about their situation, but they are hard-working and take initiative to achieve what is important to them. Although it can be a struggle sometimes, they are ready to prioritize their health because they know they need to be in good condition to be there for the people who rely on them.
