Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is the first line treatment for insomnia.

CBT-I is one of the fastest and most effective mental health treatments that I know of. It is my mission to help people achieve their foundational need for sleep so that they can be happy and productive again.
